Common Questions

Questions, Answered

The things people ask us most — about scheduling, pricing, service areas and how the winter side of the business works.

Quotes & Pricing

Nothing. Quotes are completely free and there's no obligation to book. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a straight price — usually the same day.

It depends on the service: driveways and patios are priced by surface area and condition, garbage cans per bin, and snow removal either per visit or as a seasonal contract. We'll always explain how we got to the number.

No. For most exterior work we can quote from photos, which is often faster. Text us a couple of pictures and a rough measurement — or just the address — and we'll take it from there.

Only if the scope changes — for example, if there's a section of surface we couldn't see in the photos. If that happens we stop and tell you before doing any extra work, never after.

Scheduling & Availability

For regular exterior cleaning, a few days is usually enough. For snow removal, get on the schedule before winter — routes fill up quickly once the first storm hits.

Yes. Property problems don't stick to a Monday-to-Friday schedule, so neither do we. That includes weekends and holidays, and winter storms get a 24/7 response within our coverage area.

Not at all. As long as we can access the surfaces and there's an outdoor water source for pressure washing, you don't need to be there. Most customers come home to a finished job.

Light rain usually doesn't stop exterior cleaning, but heavy weather can. If we need to move your booking, we'll contact you first and get you into the next available slot.

Service Area

We work a 30-mile radius from our base, which covers the towns listed on our Service Area page. It's deliberately tight so we can respond quickly rather than spending the day driving.

Often, yes. We regularly take on properties slightly outside the radius, especially for recurring work and seasonal snow contracts. Send us your address and we'll give you a straight answer.

For anything inside our standard radius, no. If you're on the outer edge and there'd be a travel element, we'll tell you upfront in the quote.

Snow Removal & Winter

We add you to our route before the first snowfall. From then on we come out automatically whenever there's snow — you don't have to call. It also puts you first in line on busy storm days.

Both. Ice management is part of what we do, because a cleared driveway that's still icy is still a hazard. It's included in seasonal contracts.

That's the main reason most businesses book with us. An uncleared or icy walkway is a genuine liability the moment someone slips. We keep parking areas, sidewalks and entryways clear and treated on a documented schedule.

Yes, though availability on storm days goes to contract customers first. Per-visit is fine for occasional storms or a one-off clearing.

Garbage Can Cleaning

We remove anything left inside, scrub the interior walls and base to lift grease and residue, sanitize the full surface, then deodorize before putting the cans back where we found them.

Ideally yes, though we do remove leftovers if there's anything still in there. Most customers book it for their collection day, when the cans are empty and out at the curb.

Yes. We use pet- and family-safe products, and we rinse thoroughly. Cans are ready to use as soon as we put them back.

Every one to three months keeps them genuinely fresh. Most customers start with a one-time deep clean and then move to a monthly or quarterly plan so it never builds up again.
